The Website First Impression

£495.00

Because a website starts speaking long before someone reads a word.

The Website First Impression is a focused review of how your live site is experienced by a new visitor. I look at hierarchy, visual rhythm, clarity, mobile presentation, trust and the moments where confidence is either built or quietly lost.

What you receive

  • One bespoke website review PDF
  • Annotated observations from the key pages and screens reviewed
  • Desktop and mobile feedback where relevant
  • Clear recommendations on hierarchy, imagery, messaging, navigation and trust
  • A prioritised action list so you know what to change first

E-commerce customer journey option: also includes a wider review of the buying journey around product discovery, product pages, cart and the route towards checkout.

Supplied as: one finished PDF review.

Not included: website redesign, coding, theme changes or implementation. This service tells you what should change and why.

By purchasing, you are booking the scope selected above and agreeing to the Booking & Service Terms.

An objective review of how a new visitor experiences your live website, with close attention to clarity, hierarchy, visual rhythm, trust and mobile usability.

A written assessment of the moments that build confidence and the moments where a visitor may lose their way.

The e-commerce journey option includes a closer look at key routes from browsing through to purchase.

Fearne Clementine 1789 brings a broad cross-sector eye, research and visual judgement to the brief, so the work is shaped around what your business actually needs rather than supplied as a generic formula.

How it works

How it works

1. Choose the review focus that best reflects your website.

2. Send your website link, any key pages or customer journeys to prioritise and a short note on the outcome you want from the review.

3. I review the site as a new visitor would, across desktop and mobile where applicable.

4. You receive a concise written review and next-step direction by email.

To begin

What I need from you

A public website link or temporary access to the relevant pages, plus any password required for review.

A short outline of your audience, offering and the areas you would most like examined.

Any available customer insight, analytics context or examples of comparable websites are welcome but not required.

This is a review and written direction service. It does not include a website redesign, wireframes, copywriting, code, theme changes, development, analytics implementation or accessibility compliance testing. The studio welcomes suitable briefs across industries, including fashion, hospitality, food and drink, sport, automotive, technical and specialist sectors. Adult and erotic content are outside the studio's remit. Your purchase reserves studio capacity and is non-refundable once work has begun. Timelines begin when all agreed material has been received. The client is responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for every supplied asset and piece of information. Creative work can improve clarity and presentation, but commercial outcomes, search position, conversion, audience growth, press coverage and platform performance cannot be guaranteed.
