TERMS & CONDITIONS

Fearne Clementine 1789

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Fearne Clementine 1789. By engaging in any service or making payment, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

2. Scope of Work

All work is delivered in accordance with the proposal or agreement provided prior to commencement. The scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined within this agreement.

Any additional requests, changes in direction, or new deliverables outside of the agreed scope may require a revised timeline and may be subject to additional fees.

3. Fees and Payment

A non refundable deposit is required to secure all projects and initiate work. This reflects the time, research, and creative direction committed from the outset.

Remaining balances are due in accordance with the agreed schedule and must be settled prior to final delivery or transfer of any files.

Late payments may result in delays to the project timeline and may incur additional charges where appropriate.

4. Non Refundable Policy

Due to the bespoke and conceptual nature of all work, all payments made to Fearne Clementine 1789 are non refundable.

Each project involves dedicated time, strategy, and creative development that cannot be reassigned once work has commenced.

5. Revisions and Approvals

Projects include a defined number of revision rounds as outlined within the proposal. Additional revisions or changes beyond this scope may be charged separately.

Client approval at each stage confirms acceptance of the direction and allows the project to progress accordingly. Once approval has been given, previous stages may not be revisited without additional cost.

6. Timelines and Delays

Project timelines are dependent on timely communication, feedback, and provision of required materials.

Delays from the client side may result in adjustments to the agreed timeline. Fearne Clementine 1789 reserves the right to reschedule or pause work where necessary.

7. Creative Direction

Fearne Clementine 1789 provides creative direction based on professional judgement, experience, and the agreed objectives of the project.

While collaboration is encouraged, final creative decisions remain guided by the house to ensure coherence, consistency, and the integrity of the work.

8. Intellectual Property

Final approved deliverables are transferred or licensed to the client upon full payment.

Fearne Clementine 1789 retains the right to showcase all work for portfolio, editorial, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Concepts, drafts, and unused directions remain the intellectual property of Fearne Clementine 1789.

9. Third Party Costs

Any third party costs, including but not limited to printing, hosting, software, production, or external services, are not included unless explicitly stated.

These costs will be charged separately where applicable.

10. Contemporary Tools and Technologies

Fearne Clementine 1789 may utilise contemporary tools and technologies as part of the creative process, including artificial intelligence.

These tools are used as extensions of concept development and visual exploration, guided at all times by human direction, judgement, and creative oversight.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice.

All work completed up to the point of termination will be invoiced and must be paid in full. Deposits remain non refundable.

12. Liability

Fearne Clementine 1789 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered work.
